My family and I spent a wonderful Christmas vacation in this hotel! the staff was amazing, always eager to help and accommodating to our needs. the location couldn't have been better, just a short walk from the main plaza and close to public transportation. We also enjoyed the lovely hot shower and the cozy and comfortable room. the hotel arranged all of our tours beforehand, making it very easy for us to experience the best of the city.
That sometimes the walls were a little thin, and we could hear some noise from the other rooms. this was not too bothersome and did not significantly detract from our pleasant stay.

The tour of the hotel and the offer to choose our room were nice touches. The easy walk to the city center was a plus, and the staff was helpful with our broken Spanish. We appreciated the spacious and comfortable room, with a 5-star bathroom and hot shower.
The room had a musty odor that wasn't pleasant. The weak WiFi was also frustrating, and the street noise made it difficult to sleep.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in this city. The staff were incredibly helpful and patient with my limited Spanish. The location was ideal, within walking distance to the city center and the bus station. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable.
For me, this hotel was ideal and I didn't experience any negative aspects during my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city centre and bus station, only a short walk away. the rooms are spacious, the showers are hot with good pressure, and the beds are comfortable. the staff are friendly and helpful, providing recommendations and arranging tours. the hotel offers laundry services, which is convenient for longer stays.
The hotel lacks a breakfast service.

Cozy room design with big bed, great water pressure in shower, friendly and helpful staff, convenient location near center and bus station, effective iron provided.
